The job required work that included: drywall, paint, new cabinets, new countertops, tile, hardwood and carpet. I chose Landmark to do repairs after I had experienced major water damage due to a hot water heater malfunction. Rusty was my contact and he was a pleasure to work with. My wife and I stayed in the house throughout all of the work, which lasted about 4 weeks, and everything went great. Landmark also worked directly with the insurance company to make sure all of the repairs were covered.
